Konstantin Karzanov


Born in Moscow in 1970, graduated with honors from Gnessin Musical College (class L. Dmitrieva) and Moscow Conservatory (class I. Gavrysh), was a scholarship holder of the Austrian Ministry of Education and Research at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (class R. Leopold), has performed as a soloist and in various ensembles with M. Arkadiev (piano), A. Safiulin (bass), M. Spivak (violin), A. Sidenko (piano), worked in Smolensk Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, Graz Philharmonic Orchestra, Franz Lehár Orchestra, Collegium Musicum Carinthia Chamber Orchestra, participated in recordings of the Russian State Fund for TV and radio programs, taught at Gnessins school of music, Spilstatt music school, conducted master classes in Russia and Austria, is an author of chrestomathy for cello solo and two cellos focused on free and collaborative music-making of student and teacher
